By ticking “Receive communications from Orkasa on WhatsApp” when creating your account, you agree that Orkasa (Mozzi Studio LLC) may message you on WhatsApp, from its number +507 6001-9473, with the notices on this list. They are never sent on behalf of another company.
Each notice is turned on or off separately in Settings → Notifications. To stop account notices as well, write to soporte@orkasa.app.

Notices about the subscription and the team
Trial endingCommercial
A few days before the free trial ends, and on the day it ends, to activate the plan.
Invitation not accepted
Someone invited to the team has not created their account yet.
Payment declined
The subscription charge did not go through, or the subscription was cancelled.
AI credits
The credits ran out or the automatic top-up failed.
Notices marked “Commercial” invite you to activate a paid plan.
Real time
Needs your reply now · Managed in Settings → Notifications.
Bot escalation
The bot hands you a conversation that needs a person.
Viewing booked or moved
A viewing was booked or moved to another time.
Viewing cancelled
Cancelled by the client, another agent or the system.
Video ready
It finished rendering and is waiting for your approval to publish.
Signing link expired
Someone tried to sign with an expired or cancelled link.
Client waiting for a reply
Wrote more than 2 hours ago and nobody answered. Only between 8:00 and 21:00.

Viewing reminder
The day before, or that morning if it is today.
Mandate expiring
A mandate ends in 15 days or less.

Inventory confirmed
The owner completed the property inventory.
Publishing failed
A portal or network rejected the post.

Sixty days before a signed lease ends.
