Messaging limits: why you start at 250 and how you move up

Meta caps how many new customers you can reach per day. Knowing what counts and what does not avoids the day-three scare of “the bot stopped replying”.

  1. 1

The limit counts distinct customers you message first within 24 hours. It does not count messages.

WhyYou can send the same client twenty messages: it counts as one.
  2. 2

What does not count: replying to someone who messaged you. The bot answering inbound leads never touches the limit, however many there are.

ShortcutThat is why normal Orkasa use almost never hits the ceiling. What hits it are campaigns to your database.
  3. 3

The tiers are 250, 2,000, 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited. Everyone starts at 250.

  4. 4

You leave the first tier three ways: verify your business, have a partner verify it, or send 2,000 well-delivered messages in 30 days with good quality.

ShortcutVerification is the fast route and the one you control. If you plan to run campaigns, start that process on day one.
  5. 5

Past 2,000 it climbs on its own: use at least half your allowance and keep quality high, and Meta moves you up a tier.

  6. 6

Quality is decided by your clients: if they block or report you, it drops. Drop far enough and you get moved down a tier instead of up.

CarefulThis is the real reason not to buy contact lists. It is not only ethics: it wrecks your quality and leaves you unable to message even your good clients.
  7. 7

Your tier and your quality rating are visible in Meta, in the number’s settings.

This screen is not Orkasa’s, so our script cannot capture it. It still needs to be replaced with a real screenshot.
