Can gamification and the leaderboard be turned off?+
Yes. Some sales cultures (more boutique LATAM markets, Chile, Mexico City, certain luxury teams) prefer not to expose rankings publicly. You configure it per team: leaderboard visible to everyone, only to management, or off. Quotas and metrics keep running · only visibility changes.
How accurate is the AI forecast?+
Average deviation of ±5% on the monthly forecast · vs ±40% for gut-feel forecasts. Every deal gets an AI close-probability score based on signals (stage, time in pipeline, interactions, client profile). We sum those scores and get the real forecast for the month.
How does cross-selling work between products on the same team?+
Every rep can see the agency's active products. When a lead doesn't qualify for the initial project, Orkasa automatically suggests alternatives (different price, different zone, different unit type) and the rep can transfer the lead to the right specialist · without losing the source or the originating commission.
How do we handle client consent for call recording (Panama compliance)?+
Required in Panama and recommended throughout LATAM. Orkasa sends an automatic message to the client at the start of the call requesting consent (audio + WhatsApp text). If the client declines, the call continues without recording. Complies with Panama's Law 81 on data protection and GDPR for US/EU clients.
