Inside, it respects your private Google/Outlook events · if you block "Kid's birthday" on your personal calendar, that slot disappears from the options Orkasa proposes to clients. Your personal life stays private · but protected.

Yes · multi-participant. When you book, you can invite the owner along with the client · both receive WhatsApp with details. Useful for premium viewings where the owner wants to be present, or for direct-sale cases between privates with the agent as facilitator. Each participant does their own check-in if you want full traceability.

Configurable per agency. Team plan: optional · the agent decides. Brokerage plan: the admin can make it mandatory for premium property viewings ($X+) or for specific agents. The photo is uploaded via the mobile app when you arrive · GPS coords and timestamp are automatic and can't be edited (anti-spoof).

Not directly · but Calendly can sync with your Google/Outlook Calendar, and so can Orkasa. We recommend migrating from Calendly to Orkasa for real estate viewings because Calendly doesn't understand property context (it doesn't know it's a specific penthouse, has no photo check-in, doesn't send WhatsApp reminders). For internal meetings or coaching, you can keep using Calendly.

Yes · auto fallback to SMS or email based on the client's preferences. 96% of leads in LATAM have WhatsApp · but reminders and proposals work on any channel. The client only needs a browser to tap one of the 3 proposed slots (no Orkasa app required).

Yes · native iOS and Android apps (not PWA). Required for check-in because it needs camera access, GPS and server-side timestamps. The app also shows your daily to-do list, upcoming viewings, push reminders, and lets you send WhatsApp templates in 1 tap.

No · they only get notifications about viewings to THEIR property (with photo + GPS + time). They can't see your general schedule, viewings on other properties, or other clients. Privacy by default. If you want to give them more visibility (e.g., VIP owner with a multi-property portfolio), you can invite them to a read-only dashboard scoped to THEIR properties.
