Orkasa was born in Panama City in 2026, after talking to dozens of real estate agents who repeated the same diagnosis: "I have Excel, WhatsApp, two open portals, and I'm losing leads every day".

Instead of building yet another tropicalized generic CRM, we started from scratch with three principles:

  • Truly mobile-first. Agents are on the road, not in an office. The app has to feel native on the phone before the desktop.
  • AI as a copilot, not a gimmick. The listing studio writes the copy, AI enhances photos, qualifies leads, and adapts each publication to the portal's tone. You always validate.
  • One single system, not 7. Inventory, leads, compliance, multi-publishing, analytics — all under a single login. The data talks to each other because it lives in the same DB.

We started with Panama because we know the market and the regulatory frameworks (Law 81, Superintendence, real estate KYC). But Orkasa is built for all of LATAM: Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Mexico are next on the roadmap.

We're a small team. That means every feature is deliberate, every bug is prioritized, and when you write to support a person who understands real estate answers — not a generic script.
